Q. I cannot log on to the website with my details - can you help?

Aston Villa has three primary sites which all have separate and logins/registrations:

Each website has a completely different login to the main site as they are different systems although you can choose to use the same username and password when registering on each of these sites.

NB if you have registered on the main site, this does not allow you to buy tickets on the ticketing site or the shopping site and vice-versa. You need to login with the email address/username that you registered with on each of these sites independently.

In all cases you need the email address you registered with to retrieve usernames or reset passwords.

Lost Usernames and Passwords

  • To retrieve your username or password from the main site go to the AVTV Login/Register Page and select a link on the right (Forgot your password or Forgot your username). Both will require the email address that you registered with (assuming you have registered on the main site)
  • Your username for the ticketing site is the email address you registered with and to retrieve your password please click on the 'Forgot password' link on our Villa Ticketing Site
  • Lost passwords on the shopping site can be reset using the lost, forgotten, new password link at the Aston Villa Online Store lost password section
  • The other sites follow the same principle and have their own lost password pages. Should you still experience difficulties please use the Contact Us form to either Website & Editorial or Ticketing & Sales departments.

Q. Can I do work experience at the club?

Regrettably, we are no longer in a position to accept applications for work experience. We wish you every success in finding a placement.

Q. Who owns Aston Villa?

The owners of the club are Randy Lerner and Lerner family trusts.

Q. Can I use the club crest for a project?

The crest is the official mark of the club and is protected under trademark law. As a result, crest usage is restricted to club partners and officially licensed products and services. If you have a specific request or question regarding any club mark, including licensing queries, please contact the Marketing Department.



Q. How do I sort out a subscription to the Villa News & Record?

For those supporters who can't get to every game, we offer a subscription service at £66 for the season, including postage. European postage costs are an additional £39 and worldwide postage is an extra £64. For details, please email
